The Nokia 5630 (specs) can easily be confused with a typical slim music phone, but hardware-wise it is one of the most capable smartphone to date. It just gives a taste of Nokia's intention to make a Symbian operating system phones for mass market. Of course, now that we are waiting for the Samsung S8300 to reach store shelves, it would have been cool if the Nokia 5630 really was a slider on the touch screen phone Nokia 5800.

Well, the Nokia 5630 will be at least among the first to offer phones based on the voice control of NVC Nuance 2.0 speech recognition engine. Although the 2.0 engine NVC allows features such as voice SMS dictation controlled, free-form web search and GPS navigation, the Nokia 5630 offers music research in particular. Called "Say and Play", this music will search allows the user to say the name of an artist or song to play automatically. Further optimized for music, the Nokia 5630 features a 3.5 mm headphone jack, dedicated music keys and a microSD card to 4GB will be provided in the sales package.

If you have a thing for a theoretical speed of data, and live in Europe, the Nokia 5630 will probably not be disappointed either. In addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, it supports 10.2 Mbps HSDPA 2.0 Mbps and HSUPA networks. Other key features include the Nokia Web browser (with support for YouTube videos), Real Player, N-Gage, Nokia Maps, Nokia Music, Mail for Exchange, Windows Live and a range of services such as Ovi clouds e -mails, contacts, files and share them.

When it comes to imaging, the Nokia 5630 has a "Full Focus Camera, promising enhanced depth of field so that all of the image to concentrate, subsequently to allow users to capture quick spontaneous moments.
